Description:
This remote wet spot can be very good for shorebirds when water levels are right, and is conveniently located on the fastest route from Prewitt to Crow Valley.

Stoneham is along CO 14, 74 miles east of I-25 in Fort Collins and 25 miles west of Sterling. From CO 14/CO 71, take Marble avenue south through Stoneham. This becomes CR 147.5. The pond is a quarter mile south of town on the west side of this road.
